The service seems okay overall, but I do wish there were more ways to pay. It made me wonder a bit about how polished or reliable the whole setup is if the payment choices are this limited

"Not the Friendliest Reply"
I asked a simple question, and the response just felt cold, cold, like they were annoyed I even asked. It wasn’t friendly at all, it kind of put me off.

"Not great with timing"
They showed up late both times I used them, and I didn’t get any updates either time. Maybe that’s just my experience, but it makes me feel like they’re not very reliable when it comes to being on time or keeping people informed.

I ordered a few things and wasn’t in a huge rush at first, so I didn’t think much of it. The items themselves were totally fine once they arrived, and nothing was damaged or missing. That said, after a while I started checking the tracking more often because it barely changed for days, and I had no idea where the package was or when it would actually show up. So overall it worked out, but the delivery took way longer than I expected and the waiting around got frustrating.

I’m not totally convinced by this site yet. It feels a little dodgy to me, and I’d feel better with more reassurance that it’s legit before trusting it fully.

"Refund process was really frustrating"
I had a bad experience trying to return my order. I sent it back and then had to keep chasing them just to get my refund sorted. Their replies were slow and didn’t really help much, which made the whole thing feel even more annoying. it kind of gave me the impression they’re quick to take your money but not nearly as interested when it comes to giving it back. I wouldn’t order from them again after this.

"Promo was confusing"
I ordered from bawdee.com.au mainly because there was a promo showing, but when I got to checkout the discount didn’t seem to apply properly. I tried it a couple of times and there was just something about it that felt confusing. I ended up paying more than I expected, which was annoying. The products themselves were okay, but the promo/code situation definitely needs to be clearer. I probably wouldn’t rush back unless I knew the discounts actually worked.

"Really Disappointed and Don’t Trust It Anymore"
I expected a lot better for the price. The quality just wasn’t there, and it left me feeling disappointed. I feel like I gave it a fair chance, but now I don’t really trust the brand/product the way I did before. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

"Not quite what I expected"
I ordered from Bawdee the product wasn’t really how I pictured it based on the listing. The description felt a bit vague, especially around the sizing and feel, so I ended up expecting something different. It’s not completely useless, but it’s one of those things that kind of works when it wants to and doesn’t feel worth the price. I’d maybe buy again, but only if they added better photos and more honest detail in the descriptions

"Decent Product, If You Don’t Mind Guessing What’s Going On"
The product itself was okay, better than the communication around it. I spent a lot of time just waiting and wondering what was happening with my order because the updates were either slow or didn’t really come through. It would’ve been a much better experience if they’d just kept me in the loop a bit more. At least the item was fine once it finally got sorted.

I tried using the site on my phone, it was kind of a hassle. The menus were confusing, checkout kept giving me fits, and at some point I just gave up. Not exactly what I was hoping for, especially when I was just trying to place a simple order.

"Arrived damaged and wasn’t worth the hassle"
I was disappointed with this. After waiting for it to arrive, it showed up damaged and didn’t work properly. I reached out about it, but the whole thing just felt like more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I know other people seem to have had better luck, but my experience really didn’t match that. I’m not too keen on ordering from here again.

The site works fine, but the design feels a bit outdated to me. There’s a lot going on visually, so it can come across as a little cluttered and less polished than I expected.

"Pretty good first order"
Ordered from Bawdee for the first time and yeah, it was fine overall. The site was easy enough to use, nothing confusing really... delivery did take a little longer than I was hoping, but I was happy with what I got in the end

"Disappointed with the quality"
I was let down by this. I’ve already been charged, but I still haven’t gotten any real update, and on top of that the quality just feels really cheap. Not what I was expecting.

"I don’t really trust this place anymore"
I gave this place a shot, but after my experience, I don’t feel comfortable buying from here again. It’s one of those situations where you walk away feeling like the trust just isn’t there anymore.

"Frustrating and Totally Avoidable Checkout Issue"
The checkout kept freezing on me, and somehow my card ended up getting charged twice. I reached out to support, but they really didn’t help much. the whole thing felt like an avoidable hassle.

"Packaging was not as discreet as promised"
I was really expecting the package to be discreet, but it wasn’t at all. The label gave away way more than I was comfortable with, and it made the whole delivery awkward. I felt embarrassed and disappointed because discretion was the main thing I was counting on.

"Rough material, not comfortable"
I was disappointed with this. The material felt rough against my skin and definitely wasn’t as soft as I expected. I only wore it for a short time before I wanted to take it off. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the comfort just wasn’t there. It feels like a preventable issue if the fabric had been a little softer. I wouldn’t buy it again
